OPERATOR WAS GETTING OUT OF THE DOZER. HE STEPPED ONTO THE DOZER TRACK WHICH WAS WET. HE SLIPPED& HIT HIS HEAD ON THE BLADE LIFT CYLINDER, CUTTING HIS HEAD WHICH REQUIRED SUTURES.
