THE EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING DOWN THE THE D9H DOZER, WHICH HE HAD BEEN RUNNING. AS HE REACHED THE GROUND HE TURNE DHIS ANKLE. HE STEPPED FROM THE PUSH BEAM, (ON SIDE OF DOZER), TOT HE GROUND HE STEPPED ON UNEVEN GROUND AND HURT HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
