SUPERINTENDENT FO UND A REPORT MONDAY 8-19-96, AT 1900 THAT WAS FIYLLED OUT BY EE. COMPANY DOES NOT FEEL THIS IS A VAIL ACCIDENT AND ONLY REPORTING DUE TO MSHA REQUIREMENTS.

EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING CRIB BLOCKS FROM A SUPPLY CAR, UNDERGROUND AT THE END OF THE TRACK. HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND HANDHOLD, FALLING FORWARD AND ALLEGED THAT HE STRAINED HIS BACK.
