EMPLOYEE HAD JUST COMPLETED CLEANING THE SPILLAGE HOPPERS AND WAS CLIMBING DOWN A LADDER TO THE GROUND WHEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL OFF THELADDER. HE LANDED ON A PILE OF SLATE ON THE GROU ND AND CUT HIS KNEE.
