THE EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING OVER A STEEL SPRAY BAR AND LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL. HE LANDED ON HIS SIDE ON THE STEEL BAR AND HIT HIS RIBS AND CUT HIS FINGER IN THE FALL.
