EE WAS MOUNTING A D-11 DOZER TO PERFORM ELECTRICAL REPAIRS. HE SLIPPED AND FELL ONTO THE PUSH ARM. HIS LEG CAUGHT BETWEEN THE TRACK AND PUSHARM CAUSING INJURY TO LEFT LEG PULLED MUSCLE EE WAS TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY RM HAD EXAM AND X RAY. DR ALLOWED HIM TO RETURN TO FALL DUTY THE SAME SHIFT. EE DID NOT MISS ANY WORK UNTIL 2-6-97.

EMPLOYEE STATED HE HAD COMPLETED FUELING THE DOZER AND WAS INT HE PROCESS OF DISMOUNTING. AS HE STEPPED DOWN ONTO THE PUSH ARM HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF STEP CAUSING HIM TO FALL. AS HE FELL HIS FOOT LODGED BETWEEN PUSH ARM AND TRACK RESULTING IN SPRAIN TO RIGHT KNEE.
