EMPLOYEE STATED THAT AS HE WAS DISMOUNTING A 776 CAT TRUCK ON 8-28-95 HE TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE. IT WAS CHECKED AND DIAGNOSED AS A STRAINED KNEE ON 8-28-95. ON 9-20-95 THE KNEE WAS RE-DIAGNOSED AS HAVING TORN CARTLIDGE WITH SURGERY SCHEDULED FOR 9-21-95. KNEE SURGERY HAS BEEN PERFORMED ON 9-21-95.
