EE CLIMBED ON TO A TRAILER TO REPOSITON SOME BUNDLES OF WOOD, TO SECURE THEM FOR TRANSPORTATION. AS HE STEPPED DOWN FROM THE TRAILER HE CAUGHTONE LEG OF HIS JEANS ON A PIECE OF WOOD CAUSING HIM TO FALL.

EMPLOYEE WAS HOOKING UP JUMPER CABLES. WALKED AROUND TO THE FRONT OF THE PRIESTMAN TO GET ON IT.HE REACHED UP TO GET THE HAND RAIL, PUT HIS FOOTON TRACK AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF CAUSING HIM TO SLIP BACKWARD WHILE STILL HOLDING THE HANDRAIL. HIS BACK POPPED ON THE LEFT SIDE. HE CAN NOT STAND STRAIGHT, LEANING TO THE LEFT.
