Employee was installing hydraulic hose on pump drive of Tamrock D75KS drill on or about the date of July 2,2004. Employee left foot slipped twisting his left knee. At time of accident, employee did not think it was serious injury, did not report the injury. On July 19, employee reported the knee injury.
