EE was cleaning the windshield of his articulating truck and slipped causing him to grab the hand rail. He stated his arm began hurting but finished his shift. He latter went to a Health Care Facility and was told to stay off work for a strained arm.

As he turned to put the sample into the bed of the truck, his foot slipped in the mud, causing his lower back to twist. Employee was diagnosed with sprain/strain to his lower back.
INJURED WAS GETTING OFF OF DOZER. KNEE MADE A POPPING NOISE. WHEN HE WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING HE COULD NOT WALK.
