INJURED AND ONE MAN WERE UNLOADING ROCKDUST OUT OF A SCOOP BLADE AND PUTTING IT ON #2 BELT. INJURED WAS ON HIS KNEES HANDLING THE DUST. HE PICKED UP A BAG AND SLIPPED TWISTING HIS LOWER BACK.
