Showing all 5The injured individual was attempting to descend from a piece of chute work onto a tail roller guard following a repair when he found himself to be slipping. He then proceeded to jump from the tail roller guard as opposed to falling from a distance of 4'7" to the concrete pad. The impact ultimately resulted in a fracture to the right heel.
While crossing the handrails, his hand slipped and he fell against the rails.
