EE WAS ON A 4' STEP LADDER WORKING ON THE WIRINGUNDERNEATH THE FRONT SHOVEL WHEN THE GROUND GAVEAWAY & ONE LEG SANK INTO THE GROUND CAUSING THE LADDER TO BREAK. EMPLOYEE FELL TO THE GROUND ON HIS LEFT HIP & LEG, BREAKING HIS FEMER BONE IN 4PLACES.
