EE was attempting to mount 966F to inspect Product Link for machine. Used a ladder that was attached to the machine. The sides of the ladder were made of flexible rubber and were worn. Once the technician stepped on the ladder, it broke causing the ee to fall to the ground hard on left foot. Diagnosed with left ankle/foot bone bruise
