Employee was working on haul truck ladder in the shop. As EE walked past the ladder it moved from the stowed position, knocking EE to the ground in the process. Employee's left fibula was fractured as a result of the accident.

WHEN HE SHIFTED HIS WEI GHT TO THE RIGHT FOOT TO CONTINUE THE DISMOUNT, HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE CLOD, WHICH CAUSED HIS KNEE TO "POP".
