CONDITIONS ARE WET & SLIPPERY MINE FLOOR. EE WAS TRAVELING ON FOOT IN THE RETURN ENTRY APPROX 350 FT. INBY THE SURFACE PORTALS WHEN HE SLIPPED ON THE MINE FLOOR AND FELL, TWISTING HIS RIGHT KN EE. THIS DID NOT BECOME A LOST TIME ON RESTRICTED DUTY ACCIDENT UNTIL 10-10-02.
