Employee got off the mantrip in the outby travel way at #2 Belt drive, took a step and felt right knee give out followed by pain and tightness.
Employee walked to the back of the walk through roof bolter to get a box of glue. While carrying the box of glue back to the head of the roof bolter, he fell in the walk way of the bolter.
