Employee was crossing over a belt crossover, slipped and fell. EE's left foot got caught in the crossover ladder spraining the left ankle.
Slipped and fell into shuttle car.
Employee got off the mantrip in the outby travel way at #2 Belt drive, took a step and felt right knee give out followed by pain and tightness.

Ee was bolting the rib. He slipped and fell due to muddy bottom. This fall caused a strain in his back and hip. Was off work for two days and in physical therapy. Came back to work with no bad effects.
Ee was walking toward face from the mantrip when he fell and hurt his knee. The doctors are saying that surgery is needed due to torn ligaments. Ee will be off work for a few weeks.
Ee was hanging cable (for tracking) in the intake air course when he fell hitting his back against the man trip. He worked two days before he decided to go to the doctor. Doctor said he had cracked his ribs and should be better in a few days.
Ee was walking, stepped into a hole and turned his knee. Doctor said it was torn ligaments and that surgery would be needed.
Ee was walking across bridge. The board broke causing him to fall and hurt his knee. No major problem. He returned to work after missing 8 work days.
Ee stumbled when he got off the mantrip, fell to ground and cut his hand.
Repairman slipped on a piece of belt and fell across structure cutting himself in the abdomen. Very minor situation. Came back to work after going to doctors office.
