EE was working on 16M motor grader. EE climbed out from under the machine and stood up. EE's right foot rolled off a rock under soft dirt, causing knee to pop. Pain continued next day, then was reported to supervisor.

Employee was driving a van, dropping off haul truck drivers during their first break. He parked the van in the ditch at the ready line. He got the wheel chocks from behind the seat and proceeded to exit the van. As he stepped out, his left foot came down on a rock that was laying in the ditch. His foot rolled off the rock sideways twisting his ankle resulting in a sprain.

Employee on blast crew helping load shot. He had just attached the delivery tube to the auger on bulk truck. Employee stepped backward onto a rock and twisted his ankle.
