Employee stepped onto driver's side tire to grab the vehicle chocks from the bed of the truck. While stepping off of the tire, the employee placed EE's foot onto a loose rock. When the rock spun out beneath the employee, the employee felt their right knee "pop".

The employee unplug a line on the #8 spiral when EE step on an drain covering. The covering flipped tripping the employee foot. EE stumbled twisting back awkwardly catching balance to keep from falling.
