THE INJURED WAS3PERFORMING HIS DUTIES AS AN OILER ON THE DRAGLINE AND AT THE TIME OF THE INJURY, THE DRAGLINE WAS SHUT DOWN FOR OILING AND GREASING.IN THE PROCESS OF GREASING, HE PUT HIS KNEE DOWN ON THE FLO2R ON TOP OF A CRESCENT WRENCH, WHICH IN TURN CAUSED THE INJURY OF WATER ON THE KNEE.THIS ACCIDENT NOT DUE TO MINER'S EFFICIENCY,SKILLS AND TRAINING.
