EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING RAIL CAR.AFTER LOADING FINISHED HE WAS WALKING BACK TO PLANT AND STEPPED ON LUMP OF CLAY ALONGSIDE RAILROAD TRACK, AND TURNED LEFT ANKLE CAUSING A SPRAIN.EMPLOYEE CONTINUE D TO WORK OUT THIS SHIFT AND WORKED THE NEXT TWODAYS.HIS ANKLE WAS CONTINUING TO HURT HIM AND HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON NOV 6,1989.
