MINE SUPER. WAS HELPING THE KENTUCKY FAVORITE LHD DECLINE CREW BY OPERATING THE LHD. AFTER MUCKING OUT, HE PARKED THE LHD, SHUT IT OFF AND STEPPED OFF THE MACHINE. HE STEPPED ON A HAND-SIZE RO UND ROCK. THE ROCK ROLLED OUT FROM UNDERNEATH HIM, HE TRIED TO CATCH HIMSELF AND HE TWISTED HIS LOWER BACK.
