Injured employee was sweeping the floor and stepped on a piece of coal which caused his right leg to slip from under him, twisting his knee. Initially the injury received only first aid level treatment. Knee pain persisted and the employee returned to the doctor. The doctor the diagnosed a possible torn meniscus in the knee and ordered a surgical scope of the knee.
