EMPLOYEE WAS WA5KING UP THE WALKWAY ON THE #2 CONVEYOR TO OIL A DRIVE CHAIN. THERE WAS A SMALL ROCK ON THE WALKWAY THE EMPLOYEE STEPPED ON THE ROCK. RESULTING IN THE TWISTING HIS LEFT ANKLE.
