AFTER EMPLOYEE REMOVED A PIECE OF WOOD FROM UNDER THE CONVEYOR BELT HE TURNED TO GO TO THE CATWALK TO RESET THE TRIP CABLE. AFTER WALKING A FEW STEPS HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS CALF OF HIS LEFT LEG.
