EE IS A MAINTENANCE MAN AND WAS STEPPING FROM THE FLOOR ONTO A SCREEN. THE SCREEN HAS "J" HOOKE PROTRUDING THRU THEM WHICH HOLD THE SCREENS DOWN ONTO THE SUPPORT DECK. HE WAS GOING TO REPAI R A STRIKER PLATE ON THE CHUTE ABOVE THE SCREEN.AS HE STEPED ONTO THE SCREEN HE STEPPED ON A "J" HOOK PUNCTURING HIS RIGHT FOOT.
