EMPLOYEE HAS STATED THAT HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING NEW CABLE ON A CRANE WHICH IS USED AS A BALL MACHINE IN OUR QUARRY.THE BOOM WAS CLOSE TO THE GROUND AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING ALONG THE SIDE OF THE BOOM WHEN HE OVERTREAD HIS ANKLE ON A PIECE OF ROCK LYING ON THE GROUND.
