EMPLOYEE HAS BEEDN HAVING HIS LEFT KNEE TO HURT FOR THE PAST MONTH. HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON TUESDAY (2-15-83) AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE A TORN CARTILEDGE WHICH WAS DUE TO CRAWLING AROUND UNDERGROUND DOING HIS JOB. THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE OPERATED ON 3-4-83 TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.
