WHILE STANDING ON CONTINIOUS MINER, FOREMAN STEPPED TO SHOP FLOOR. THE LEFT FOOT LANDED ON MINER CABLE WHICH ROLLED & TWISTED THE LEFT ANKLE. FOREMAN WAS TAKEN TO EMERGENCY ROOM & ANKLE WAS X-RAYED. IT WAS ONLY A SEVERE SPRANG.
