DOZER BROKE DOWN IN PIT AND EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO FIND MECHANIC. EMPLOYEE THEN STEPPED ON A LUMP OF DIRT AND TURNED ANKLE. EMPLOYEE DID NOT THINK INJURY WAS SERIOUS ENOUGH TO SEE A DR., HOWEVE R, SO ON THE 24TH OF NOV. AT WHICH TIME THE EMPLOYER RECOGNIZED THE INJURY AS REPORTABLE AND BEGAN FILING OF FORM 7000-1.
