EMPLOYEE CALLED ME AT HOME ON 7-31-88 AND SAID HE WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM ON 7-29-88 TO HAVE HIS RIGHT KNEE CHECKED, SAID KNEE STARTED HURTING ON 7-28-88, AND ALSO THE FOLLOWING SHIFT 7-29-88, SAID HE DID NOT THINK IT WAS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM UNTIL IT BEGIN TO GET WORSEEN 7-30-88. DR SAID IT WAS FLUID ON RIGHT KNEE.
