EE WAS OPERATING 14 CM JOY MINER ON REHAB SECTION. HE GOT OFF MINER TO INSPECT THE GOB HE WAS HOLOADING AND STEPPED ON A ROCK ON THE FLOOR. TWISTING HIS RIGHT KNEE. HE REPORTED THE INJURY ON S AME DAY BUT CONTINUED WORKING TIL 11-15-91 KNEE BECAME SORER SO HE OPTED TO VISIT A DR ON 11-15-91.
