HE WAS CLIMBING3UP A VERTICAL LADDER WAY INTO AND UNDER GROUND WORKING AREA KNOWN AS A STOPE. THE LADDER WAY FROM TRACK LEVEL TO STOPE SILL. UPON REACHING THE SAFTEY LANDING AT 20 FOOT MARK, HE STOOD UP ON 7HE LANDING, AND BUMPED HIS HEAD INTO A CROSS STRINGER AT THE LADDER COLLOR.
