Employee was hanging gaurds etc. on the plant. He noticed his elbow getting sore but did not say anything because he has arthritis. He worked all day. (the 28th) Came into work the next day (29th) with his elbow red and swollen. The doctor said he had an infection in the elbow and should be fine with antibiotics.

OPERATOR WAS STARTLED DUE TO NOT KNOWING SOMEONEHAD ENTERED BEHIND HIM. AS HE TURNED ABRUPTLY HE STRUCK A GLASS PAYNE AND CUT HIS HAND ON THE TOP RIGHT.
