CONTRACTOS WERE WORKIGN ON THE BUILDING, KNOCKING CAKED SALT FROM THE EAVES SO THAT THE BUILDING OCULD BE SEALED. EMPLOYEYE WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY WERE THERE AND STEPPE DOUT ON A CATWALK AND WAS HIT ON THE HEAD BY A SOFTBALL SIZED CHUNK OF SALT. HIS NECK WAS JARRED AND DISLOCATED THE THIRD VERTABRA. HE REPORTED THE INCIDENT AND KEP WORKING. HE FINALLY WENT TO SEE THE DR ON 12-3
