Showing all 7EE was working on EE's plant. As the day wore on, EE noticed the pain in EE's knee was increasing. EE was working on uneven ground.
EE was hauling cut material to the fill. EE was slowing down to straighten the ADT to align to where EE was going to dump and back up. The cab's right tire went over a soft spot as EE was getting ready to stop and backup. The tire entered the soft spot, tipping the cab on its side.
EE was entering the skid loader, right before stepping into the cab, EE heard a sound, twisted EE's body to look behind EE (as EE was holding the door to the cab), EE lost EE's balance, twisting EE's knee, and fell to the ground. EE's right knee hit the attachment to the skid loader.
Changing screens on the screener. EE was on the bottom deck tightening nuts/washers. EE reached for nut/washer by EE's hip, as EE brought right arm up, EE hit EE's elbow on the frame of the screener. At the time, EE stated that EE hit funny bone. EE did not have any pain. The next day EE had a bump on elbow. EE went to doctor on 05/16/2022, scans shown fractured elbow.
