Hammering on an excavator track to install replacement track pin. Upon hammer contact with pin, a shard flew and cut through the back of gloved hand. Shard lacerated the back of the ring and pinky finger. Two stitches provided to close the skin

Miner was fitting a steel plate to the side of a screen when the plate fell and pinched the miners left thumb between plate and the shaft of the screen.

Miner was unloading screen panels from service truck with another miner. Miner dropped screen panel causing other miner to drop panel on right foot. Panel missed the steel toe of boot and went thru boot causing a broken toe and a cut to the top of foot. Miner will have 4 days of lost work days.
