Pulling a jackleg steel out of the hole, when it came out he pinched his finger between the drill and the leg.

Miner was putting up utilities off of scissor deck. He did not put chain across the back of the scissor deck, slipped and fell off scissor deck landing on his butt. He has a compression fracture of his tail bone.

EE was getting off the IT28 loader with his lanyard still on. He caught his lanyard on the step and fell off the loader and hit his lower back on a wooden rail strain/sprain to lower back

Was setting timber and some rock fell from the back. When the miner jumped down he caught his arm on a slusher cable and tore his rotor cuff.

He was taking a sample at the face of the Washington drift. It was not yet bolted. A slab fell from the back hitting his right shoulder, lower back, and left lower leg. Just strain and bruses.

The miner was bolting with a jack-leg when the steel caught. When it spun around he grabbed the machine and his thumb was pinched between the stops for the hammer and the leg. It cut and broke his thumb.
