A miner with approximately 38 years experience had a medical event while behind the wheal of a water truck. The miner was removed from the truck and transported by ambulance to a hospital. Nothing associated with the mine or equipment led to the medical event and no accident is being declared. The miner was released from the hospital within 4 hours of the medical event.

Miner was doing mechanical work on a quarry truck, while accessing the truck a ladder was used, miner placed ladder on unstable area, miner fell and injured left knee.
While removing fill plug from hydraulic tank on trackhoe. EE lost grip on wrench and fell to ground hitting left shoulder on ground. He requested medical attention because of recurring shoulder pain-until that the injury was classed as non-reportable. Note 10 days reportine.
