Employee was splitting stone when a piece of stone slipped and hit his right leg causing a sprain to his right knee.

Employee was splitting stone. The big piece that he was working on broke and part of it hit his leg and bruised it. He did not report the injury until Monday, June 20th.

This was not a reportable injury at the time, first aid only and no lost time. Several weeks later the employee reported pain in his wrist. The doctor said that there was a sliver of something in his wrist and they remove it on September 19th. He was not at work September 19th or 20th. He was released for work on the 21st.

Employee was moving a piece of flagstone to a pallet. It slipped and fell against his ankle.

EMPLOYEE WAS SPLITTING ROCK. THE CHISEL SLIPPED AND HE HIT HIS LEFT RING FINGER WITH A HAMMER.
