The miners little finger was pinched by a rock at the discharge end of feeder. Skin was broken on #4 & #5 didigt of left hand. Miner was treated with first aid on site then taken to medical center. Took x-rays - no broken bones, received stitches, redness hand and released with a return to work status. Miner resumed work duties next days.

Employee was installing spring on crusher shaker screen, when tip of jack broke and hit him above the eyebrow, cutting skin. Employee was wearing safety gear.

Employee was climbing up 3/8" sized material pile with wrenches. He dropped to the ground suddenly expressing sharp pain shot up his leg and fell on his side. No change in skin color or no swelling occurred, but was not able to support weight on calf.
