Employee was attempting to remove a bolt from the top of the hydraulic tank on the drill, so the tank could be filled with hydraulic fluid. As the employee positioned the socket and ratchet on the bolt, they attempted to loosen the bolt, and as they applied pressure, they felt a pop and immediate pain in their bicep area of their arm.

Scale clerk was waiting on a truck at the ticket window, she turned to go see the location of truck at which time she fell. Clerk indicated as she turned her ankle gave way and she fell in the middle of the office floor. As a result of the fall she has 3 fractured bones in her left foot.
