Miners were changing a conveyor belt on a hopper feeder. Miner lost EE's footing and fell into the side of the hopper. A sharp piece of plastic from the hopper liner cut EE's forearm. Miner finished the shift with a bandage and received nine stitches that afternoon. Returned to work the following day.

Miners were changing screen cloth used in rock separation. Screens were being thrown over the railing. Miner's finger was caught in screen cloth, resulting in broken finger.
