Dismounting loader had right foot on the bottom rung began moving left foot to the same rung while moving right hand to gain grip while in motion the rung swung lost footing and hand grip lost balance and fell backward landed on back left leg beneath diagnosed a sprained left ankle return to work with restrictions cause failure to use 3Point Contact
