Miner was out on pontoon boat working on putting last piece of dredge together. Miner was putting flange bolts in and miners hand slipped in between the two flanges when flanges came together smashing miners left hand. Miner was taken to the hospital immediately. EE fractured pinky finger. Miner was not working alone.
