Showing all 6As the diamond core drilling crew was adding a 10 foot PQ rod to the drill string, the drill helper had left hand pinched between the drill head and the 10 foot PQ rod.
Individual was moving core boxes from one pallet to another when they caught their foot on one of the pallets and tripped over the pallet twisting their ankle.
Employee was conducting geologic mapping in open country to the south of the mine. While moving down a slope, EE lost EE's footing and slid down, which resulted in injuries to EE's right foot, one finger and a facial cut.
The driller helper was carrying drill rod while ascending down some stairs when he lost his balance and fell to the ground. He strained the muscle in his lower back as a result of the fall.
"EE" was leaving work at the end of his shift. While walking to his car he stumbled, lost his balance, and fell while crossing the parking ditch. "EE" fell forward on his hands and knees and landed face down in the gravel. He felt a sharp pain in his knee when it hit the ground. Hours later his right knee became swollen and he was unable to walk on it.
