While changing the bars on a static rock screen, the employee set the top of a bar, then came down to the front of the bar to assist with placing the end of the bar into the correct position. Before EE had a good hold, the bar slipped, lacerating EE's pinky (5th finger) on the right hand. The injury resulted in two fractures and seven sutures.
