While changing the bars on a static rock screen, the employee set the top of a bar, then came down to the front of the bar to assist with placing the end of the bar into the correct position. Before EE had a good hold, the bar slipped, lacerating EE's pinky (5th finger) on the right hand. The injury resulted in two fractures and seven sutures.

Employee sent email to owner on Friday 06/04/21 @ 11:am "On 5/27 after working up at the mine (I was moving some rock using the Dozer) I started feeling some soreness in my lower back. The soreness is lingering, so I've scheduled an appointment to have it looked at".
