Employee was working on a haul truck, once finished employee was carrying tools in one hand & pushing the oil pan with the other. The employee lost balance & tripped landing on right elbow. The employee was taken to the hospital where employee was examined. The employee was advised to rest, ice, & elevate. Employee was placed on light duty until 6/18/23. No broken bones from xray.

The hopper broke free and sprung up pinching EE's hand between the feeder. The employee obtained lacerations to EE's left index finger and left palm.
Employee was working on a flatbed trailer in the garage. Employee was removing the air spring, it fell, employee reached to catch it, left ring finger was pinched between the air spring and a piece of metal. Cut/broke finger.
Employee was operating a battery powered drill when the bit stopped, and the drill twisted EE's right hand, hurting the wrist area.
