EE was repairing a crane. EE jumped off the crane, approximately 18", onto the ground and however EE landed caused burning pain in EE's knee.

Twisted Ankle from misstep.
slipped and fell backwards. hardhat came off during fall and hit the back of EE's head on a truck bed. taken immediately to the medical center for evaluation.
No contributing factors. Employee burned self on the ankle while using an acetylene torch.
While moving a timber it fell against a worker's left little finger causing a cut.
While working on the ledge a small rock flew from the use of a hammer.
