Volvo 330 was tracking from new shot to medium stone fill to load a sales truck. Euclid End Dump sitting 5/10 min, was radioed to move forward to let truck through. Euclid backed into cab of Volvo 330 crushing cab, broken windows, broken door. Operator of Volvo was able to jump out of equipment (was not injured). Operator of Euclid was suspected on being phone distracted.

Loader operator was backing away from stockpile & was looking behind self and tire went in a rut and the way EE's body was turned & when EE hit the rut it tweaked EE's back.

Switch gear shorted out and caught fire that was being fed by Cat 3512 genset. Fire lasted longer than 30 min so contacted 1-800-746-1553 Immediately reportable accidents, Called field office too. MSHA on site in 20 min. No injuries
